Quality Assessment

QA is an important part of a SAP project.

QA is performed to ensure that the project runs according to plan, and if it does not, that the necessary corrections are made.

QA is also performed to ensure that the planned solution continues to live up to the project business-related goals.

QA is performed by a team that is otherwise not involved in the project.

Segmenta delivers the right solution

Performing QA in a constructive manner is a part of our overall project philosophy. That is why we at Segmenta focus on managing, consulting and helping in relation to our QA service. If needed, we make our experience and tools available to the project organisation.

Based on our overall experience, outside input throughout the course of a project is quite fruitful. When you have not taken part in the discussions and decision-making, it is often easier to address the more problematic issues.

Basically, QA can set focus on both quality assurance and, in certain cases, on improvement of the solution and project. That is why we normally divide our QA into two types of assessment:

  • Project QA, which focuses on how the project is being pushed through, the project activities and the likelihood of achieving the established success criteria and milestones with the budgeted resources.
  • Solution QA, which focuses on testing the solution in relation to strategy, ambition and project scope.
